Indian weddings are full of culture. They can be week long events that celebrate families getting together and partying until the sun goes down. It is a sensory overload filled with amazing food, music and emotions – these are some of the many reasons why capturing Indian weddings is something I love to do.

Elaine + Tyler are getting married next month at Brock House Restaurant in Jericho Beach!

The evening after the Vancouver Sun Run, Kim + Mao had a portrait session on Granville Island. After what was a confusing weather day to say the least, the sun graced us with its presence. I’m definitely looking forward to their wedding at Furry Creek in September!

This engagement session took place on a sunny evening in White Rock. It was early March but felt like the begninning of summer!

The following set of images are from a portrait session with two good friends of mine, Brett and Pierce. We didn’t have too much time to shoot together, but I am really happy with the images that we created. The light was beautiful for what is a usually grim time in March; that, in combination with their killer style and good looks, this session was adorably bad-ass.

I met Christine just over a year ago. In that short span of time, she has showed me what it takes to give back to those in need, the necessity of a drive and ambition, and the importance to always dream. Please take the time to look through the following images and words. I hope it can inspire you.
